Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. My husband was diagnosed with Leukaemia in 2014 he was under Addenbrookes hospital throughout. Through their hard work, care and determination they managed to get him through a stem cell transplant in 2017. We are hoping to meet his donor in 2020 to thank him in person as since receiving the new cells he has done remarkably well. We are some of the lucky ones and I'd really like to raise as much as possible to give something back to all those who helped us. Thank you in advance for sponsoring me.
