My Story
Last year I went to see the Spice girls with one of my oldest & dearest friends of over 20 years, practically a dream come true for us both. We’re both soppy buggers anyway when it comes to our Mums but when the Spice Girls hit “Mama” came on and Donna got really upset I just put it down to her being in the moment. A few weeks later I discovered that the actaul reason was because a few days before Donna had been told her Mum had breast cancer. Ellie has been such a brave fighter through this horrible journey and at times you wouldn’t even know she was going through what she was and still is, always is and always will be the loudest in the room😜 whilst this has been hard for Ellie, Donna has also shown enormous amounts of strength and resilience in supporting her mum but also keeping her life for her & her son Jed as normal as possible. I take my hats off to both of them, 2 incredibly strong and absolute boss bitches! F*ck you cancer 🖕🏻let’s do this Donna Hunter 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
