My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. It’s hard to come across anyone these days who’s life hasn’t been affected in some way by cancer. For me personally I have lost family members to this awful disease including my much loved Grandad but I also have several members of my family that have managed to beat it including my partners Dad, my now late Grandma and my kick ass Aunties and it is without doubt that they managed to kick cancers butt thanks to the research that charities like Cancer Research Uk do so for that reason this June, I’m walking 100 miles in the month to help beat cancer. 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime. We can all play our part to support the research that will beat it. Help fund life-saving research by making a donation to my page.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
