I'm taking on a Race for Life Pretty Muddy and the Race for Life 10k to raise money to beat cancer.
Sadly too many friends and family I know have suffered or are suffering with cancer. I am taking on two challenges to raise money to try and stop this affecting more people. I am doing something a bit different this year too - if you don't wish to donate financially then perhaps you could commit to giving blood if you can or join the Organ Donor Register - this is an amazing contribution too to saving and improving lives.... Breast cancer
With almost 140 women diagnosed every day, breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. And, although rarer, around 350 men are also diagnosed with breast cancer every year. The good news is more than two-thirds of women now survive 20 years or more. Help Cancer Research UK find new ways to diagnose and treat the disease.
