I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer

In memory of

Grandma and Grandad

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives.

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.

I have recently been through the cancer journey myself, and on signing up today 903-May-2019), I am waiting for chemotherapy. Following diagnosis I said I was going to raise money for charity, and this is my first fundraiser, with my daughter. Together, we are joining we are doing our bit in the hope that in the future cancer will be stopped!!!

I sadly lost my grandma to breast cancer and my grandad to pancreatic cancer. So, this run is also in memory of them too!!
