Katie's Race for Life
Chelmsford 10k 2018
Sun 22 Jul 2018
I’m not sure what number race this is for race for life as I’ve been doing it for years now. Before mum passed away from cancer she use to come and watch me and support me. I use to run for my Nana (my Dad’s mum) who died of breast cancer at 54 years old. Mum died of Pancreatic cancer (59 years old) 5 years ago this August. I miss her so much and I’m doing this in memory of her and my Nana. I haven’t ran for some time so I need to build my fitness level up again as the last time I did a 10k was about 3 years ago. So if you can sponsor me any amount it would be amazing thank you and it’s all for a good charity. Many thanks! Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure.
