Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. Although Gran hadn't suffered from cancer for five years (she got the 5 year all clear at Christmas) she supported the charity for a long time. After she lost Granddad in 2005 she started volunteering at her local cancer research charity shop, and only stopped due to her own ill health. Please donate if you can, it's all for a good cause x
CAUSE
Our work has helped double cancer survival in the UK in the last 50 years. Despite this incredible progress, there’s more to be done. Nearly 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime. Help us carry out world-class research into the prevention, detection and treatment of more than 200 types of cancer.
