My Story
Little over two years ago one of my favourite people in the entire world was diagnosed with Cancer. My friend and I are very fortunate in that he is now thankfully on the road to recovery. Unfortunately this is not the case for everyone, but we hope that one day it will be. Chris is incredibly strong and has fought his battle with strength, humour, rage, emotion and his own brand of general fabulousness. We will be walking this walk together to celebrate, raise money to fund research and also to raise awareness for a cause that affects so many people. Each year Cancer Research UK’s scientists get closer to beating cancer, and they’ve helped double survival rates in the last 40 years. But we can’t stop there. Only with our continued support can they turn this research into breakthroughs that save millions of lives.
