My Story
Just over 5 years ago I lost my dad to cancer. Due to my health conditions I won't be running any 5ks soon. When I saw Cancer Research Read Every Day In November Challenge I thought this was the perfect way for me to partake in fundraising and get into reading! So I am taking part in the Read Every Day in November Challenge to support life-saving cancer research. Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
