My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. On the 4th December it’ll be 4 years since I lost my beautiful mum to cancer. It feels like forever and only yesterday. This December, in memory of mum and in support of friends facing similar situations, I’m going to be taking on the 12 Dips of Christmas Challenge to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. I love a sea swim but usually limit this to the summer months, so believe me when I say that this will be a challenge for me! I’d be very grateful if you could please show your support and help fund life-saving cancer research by donating to my page.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
