My Story
As a few people will know I have been struggling with back pain a lot this year, as I have been trying to get fitter to help my back I have found swimming the most comfortable sport to do. To help hold myself accountable to my swimming targets, especially through the crazy busy month of August I thought I would set myself a swimming target. So why not do it to support a charity … Most people know someone who has been affected by cancer & so much more needs to be done especially for cancer in young people. If all of my friends & family could donate just £1 (less than the cost of a cup of coffee) I would very easily reach my target & we would all be doing our little bit to help support Cancer Research UK. I’ll post weekly updates, to keep myself accountable if nothing else 🤣 Thanks for reading
