My Story
I am taking part in the Leicester 10k Race for Life on 17th October to raise money for Cancer Research. We have all been touched by the evil of cancer. We have all lost friends, colleagues and relatives to the disease. I lost my Dad in 2013. I watched and hoped that the Chemo and drugs would work, but sadly he passed away just over a year from being diagnosed. It is by taking part in events like this, that we can raise funds for further research. At some point we will win. Fundraising has been difficult during COVID and many have not received the treatment needed due to the pandemic. So, please dig deep and let's have a push to get us back on track. Together we can beat cancer. Love Kathy
