Kathleen's Race for Life
Nottingham 5k 2019
Sun 2 Jun 2019 - Sun 2 Jun 2019
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. Hi everyone we have decided that its time we did something positive to help beat this terrible disease and also honour those people who are either suffering from cancer or have lost their lives through it. We have both lost people already this year, Kaths uncle Mick and uncle Joe and Jaynes dad John. Cancer affects people of every age and a great friend and niece Cathy O'neill died 5 years ago from cancer aged just 22 years. We are both way out of our comfort zones doing anything like this and it might take us slightly longer than most to finish!!! So please, please help us along and give us something to run for and donate to this worthy cause in honour of those we have lost and those still battling this disease. Thank you xxx
