My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer sooner. Help me Walk All Over Cancer and fund life-saving research by sponsoring me. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK. Last year I was suddenly taken ill and admitted to hospital. The following day I had the worst news anyone can hear. "I'm so sorry unfortunately it's cancer". I was terrified, 2 days later I wrote my will. I thought that was it...... but after major surgery I'm now down to one kidney and feeling great again. It's been a very long emotional and painfully journey, but life now is good I'm positive and pretty much back to normal life again. 10,000 step will help me get fit and ready for normal life and also hopefully raise some money to help cancer research. X
