As some of you might be aware in 2014, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and after a tough mixture of surgery, chemo and a new radiotherapy technique that involved what can only be described as wearing a diver's helmet and holding my breath I am happy to say I have been disease free for the last three years :) This June I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer sooner.
