My Story

My husband works for Cancer Research UK and I’ve seen how much they have been impacted this year, it’s so sad as they, like every other charity are trying to save lives and this year has made it so much harder for them. So I want to try and help. That's why I'll be taking part in a Very 2020 Race for Life. Our work has helped double cancer survival in the UK in the last 50 years. Despite this incredible progress, there’s more to be done. Nearly 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime.
