After several months of recurrent chest infections and my asthma becoming more problematic than ever, I decided after talking to my asthma doctor, to start walking everyday. I am hoping to improve my peakflow, my fitness, my weight, my heart & my head! ❤ Six days in I saw this on Facebook page and thought what better way to make these changes for myself than to help others whilst I do so! ❤ We have lost so many of our loved ones to this nasty, relentless disease and if we can help to make a difference for those suffering now and in the future it can only be a good thing. ❤ So here is my fundraising page.
