Kingston and Kempton Park 10k 2019

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. For me personally, I will run be running for two special women in my life. In memory of my Auntie Ruth. She was an amazing woman, certainly a role model for me. I was so lucky to have her in my life. We spent many happy times together enjoying a chat over a bar of chocolate.... And now I learned this week that my Cousin Jenny, a lovely lady, has cancer. In my twenties I was diagnosed with cancer. But I am lucky, for here I am today fit and healthy... Thank you for sponsoring me in this race. It means a lot to many people who we don’t know as well as those who have touched our lives. With best wishes, Karen x
