Karen's Race for Life

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. Cancer effects us all I think, we all know someone whom is trying to kick its Ass, or passed because it was a battle that that person was never going to win. I have family members that have passed due to cancer . Perhaps you have too? Right now I have family members and work colleagues that are fighting to win the battle. Every day at work our team goes out and looks after those people in the community that are fighting the battle, they show compassion and are a support for family / carers and the patient themselves. They are with that patient right to the end of their battle. Although we can't do anything about the people that have passed, but what if we can help just a little bit towards research in conquering Cancer in the future? So , my little contribution is a varied one, one that's very personal , one that affects my family, one that affects my friends and one of pride for helping in any little way to ease the impact that cancer has on life. So, any donation is welcomed , no matter how small, if a donation can't be made that's fine to, your encouragement to help myself and colleagues do a little bit, is enough.
