I’m determined to complete this Half Marathon to raise as much as I can to beat cancer. A cure needs to be found.
My Story
Thank you for having the time to look at my Just Giving Page. Any donations will be greatly appreciated. So this time a year ago, I honestly couldn’t run a minute without struggling. After months of training, I recently completed my first half marathon last month. I have now signed up to run the Oxford Half Marathon for charity later in the year to try and raise as much money as possible for the wonderful charity of Cancer Research. This charity is especially dear to my heart. My mother-in-law was diagnosed with bowel cancer in October 2010. After months of treatment, she was lucky to be given the all clear. The more we can understand about this horrible disease, a better world can be created for the youngsters of today. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m raising money right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose!
