My first dance with this bloody disease was in the early 90s when I lost my Aunt to bowel cancer - little did I know then what significance Cancer would have in my life ---14 yrs ago I lost my mum , ,8 yrs ago I lost my dad and two years ago I lost my Husband --- all to Cancer --- Along the way I've watched close family and friends lose their loved ones also --- something needs to happen Now to reverse the statistics !!!!! The 28th May is my mums birthday - she would be 73 I am running in celebration of 3 wonderful lives , please please support xxx Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
