TARGET MET!!! My lovely boyfriend Paul is undergoing a pretty gruelling round of chemo and radiotherapy in March and April, to beat his cancer. If he can do that, I reckoned I could overcome my natural slothfulness and manage to walk a bit. Some days were tough, but I made it and feel healthier and less stressed as a result. HUGE thanks to all who sponsored me xxxx

Well, first week completed, including moving house and supporting Paul through his first chemo day. Lots of walking in circles round the hospital that day! The exercise has helped though, so the benefits are for me not just others. Thanks for all your support xxx
