Pretty Muddy Manchester 5K 2017

I’m raising as much as I can to beat cancer.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. Last year, my Dad was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer and thankfully he beat it! I promised myself whilst at The Christie and my dad was in theatre that I would do something to raise money in 2017. I was absolutely in awe of the staff at the hospital and their caring nature. Everybody has heard of "Christies" but until you have the unfortunate reason to be there, I don't think you can fully understand how special it is. Anyway, to all that know me, I sort of like my hair being nice and my make up on, lashes done and don't really wear any shoes with less than a 4 inch heel. The thought of running in mud is probably about as out of my comfort zone as can be, that's why I thought Pretty Muddy would be an ideal way to raise money. The support I have had over the last few months from all my friends and family support means so much, and some of them have been mad enough to actually do this with me. Thanks to Michaela, Angela, Danielle, Nicola, Donna & my lovely Sister in Law Sarah. My daughter Keira is also going to be doing this with us, for her Grandad!! Thank you for taking the time to read this, please help us raise our target...Karen xx Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK.
