Kara takes on Dryathlon
I, like anyone enjoy a drink. Whether it’s to celebrate, to wind down after a long day at work, or even just having a meal. From 1st January I am going to try my very hardest to not have a drop of alcohol, not only to raise a bit of money but also to see if I notice any of the health benefits after. My New Years Resolution is to just look after myself more. If 2019 has taught me anything, it’s that life is super short when you think about it, and we only have this one body and it’s so important to look after it - it’s so sad that many people out there do not have that luxury so we mustn’t take ours for granted! So, here’s to a healthier 2020! 😃☕️ *having to use the coffee emoji as can’t really use any of the alcohol related ones haha!* Thank you in advance, Love Kara xox
