Jurassic Coast Challenge 2019
My Story
15 Intrepid QuickBooks employees are raising money for Cancer Research UK by walking 100KM along the beautiful Jurassic Coast on 8 & 9 June 2019. 1 in 2 people will develop cancer at some point in their lifetime, and although thanks to cancer research survival rate has doubled in the last 40 years, there is more we can do to help bolster public health and NHS cancer services so they can cope with a growing and ageing population and the looming demands for better diagnostics, treatments, and earlier diagnosis.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
