Glasgow 10k 2019

Sun 19 May 2019 - Sun 19 May 2019

I'm taking part in Glasgow’s 10k Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer sooner. I finished breast cancer treatment 5 months ago so I’ll be celebrating, pushing myself and feeling proud!

My Story

Cancer is happening right now, happened to me last year, which is why I'm taking part in Glasgow’s Race for Life 10k to raise money to save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. I was 39, breast cancer. Chemotherapy, surgery, radiotherapy and more chemo; my year and a half treatment wasn’t easy which is why every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, saving people like me, so please sponsor me now.
