My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This January I’m taking on Dryathlon® and raising money for Cancer Research UK. I’ll be ditching the drink for one month to help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. Both in for memories for my loved ones who have sadly passed and People who are fighting a brave fight. Please dig deep and donate now. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK. I had my last alcoholic drink about 3am on 1st January 2017 when I came home from seeing in the New Year. That is why I am counting I am dry from 2nd January. Second weekend survived....and not missing a drink even though there have been plenty of opportunity to have one (or ten). Third weekend done...even had Friday night out and stuck to sparkling water. Fourth and last weekend....Friday night in the Turtle on water...it can be done. Just a few more days to go... That is it...last day and I will be having an early night....thanks to all that have donated. Next time to raise a few donations will be the Muddy Race on 15th July 2017 with my daughters...
