My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer sooner. As you all may be aware, two years ago I was diagnosed with cancer in the Fallopian tubes, fortunately it was discovered early enough and after a full hysterectomy, the cancer was removed, with out further treatment. I still have three years to go until I am considered cancer free.
CAUSE
Ovarian cancer
Each year, around 7,500 people are diagnosed with ovarian cancer in the UK. That’s 21 people every single day. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat ovarian cancer.
