My Story

Here I go again and I do apologise. Those of you who have remained my friend through all my other fundraising begging know exactly why I do this. 2018 was a pure bastard and many other years to us all. We have all lost loved ones and if I can do something to raise money then I will. This challenge is a little light on the miles for me so expect 31 to multiply. This August, I’m jogging 31 miles in the month to help beat cancer. 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime. We can all play our part to support the research that will beat it. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
