It is ten years since I first ran the 'Race for Life' following the devastating news that my beautiful sister-in-law Nikki had cancer. Sadly she passed away in 2009 but lives on in our hearts and through her star, Dreamtime. Having recently lost a very dear colleague, June, I've dug out my trainers and will be taking part in the 5K Race for Life in Poole with a new running buddy, my 13 year old daughter, Kayley.
