My Story
My grandad died when I was 8, he was my best friend and I remember being totally devastated. My mum died at age 53 from a double whammy of a brain tumour and inoperable tracheal cancer. My mum never saw me get married and never had the opportunity to see her lovely granddaughters. Her cancer was horrible and it was so utterly unbearable watching her die a long and painful, death. We need to eradicate this truly awful disease, please support CRUK research to make this happen
