In memory of
Laura Harris aka Lanky Yankee
I am doing this walk in memory of a lovely friend who sadly lost her life to bowel cancer in October 2018. She showed a lot of courage and fought very hard for not only herself but her family and friends. She was loved by one and all. A donation of any size would be greatly appreciated towards funding further research for bowel cancer so that no other family loses such an amazing, strong-willed, talented person.
CAUSE
Bowel cancer
Over the past 40 years there's been dramatic progress in tackling bowel cancer and half of people diagnosed will now survive for at least 10 years. But with bowel cancer still claiming around 43 lives each day, more research still needs to be done. Help Cancer Research UK find new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat the disease.
