I’m using an ongoing need to exercise to raise as much as I can to beat cancer.

In memory of

Terry Lloyd and Andrew 'Beavis' Birch

Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page.

Cancer affects us all. I lost a parent to cancer a few ago, and my other parent is a cancer survivor. I lost 3 grandparents, an auntie and uncle, three friends, and many acquaintances, which is why I’m fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose!

I will walk at least 10,000 steps per day, throughout September, verifiable via a Fit Bit Tracker. This walking is actually part of the management of a personal health issue, as recently I was diagnosed with hypertensive heart failure, I assure you I'm up to the challenge,.

Please donate to my page and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.

Diagnosing cancer early

Spotting cancer early improves the chances of successful treatment. That's why Cancer Research UK is doing everything it can to ensure that more people are diagnosed at an earlier stage. Your donation can help fund research into screening tests and other ways to detect cancer early.
