My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer, which you may think will be easy, but believe me now I no longer have my lovely dog Izzy to encourage me to go out walking (especially when it's cold ad , can be quite a challenge. So why am I doing this? My twin sister Jenny had to cope with breast cancer (in BOTH breasts) in 2007, but although this terrible disease was then successfully removed, in 2019 she found lumps again - and what a shock as cancer is back and at the end of March 2020 she has to have both her breasts removed. If I can raise just £10 a day for a month, that would be £300 which might help Cancer Research to continue their work to STOP CANCER RIGHT NOW.
