My Story
Two years ago I lost my wonderful brother in law to cancer. He had many years of treatment which helped to extend his time with us, giving time to make the most wonderful memories. We decided to do the 5k challenge to help raise funds that will allow further research. Many people we as a family know have been impacted by this disease as I’m sure you all know someone yourselves. Many have had treatment and had excellent results enabling them to move on with their lives. A small amount of money goes a long way so please let us continue the good work and donate any amount you can afford. I am truly grateful for any donations thank you for reading this message.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
