My Story
Hello, In 2019 a colleague of mine, Mike Speight, was diagnosed with cancer and has been receiving chemotherapy since. This was a real shock to the whole team and proof that this horrible and indiscriminate disease can hit anyone at any time. In support of Mike and in recognition of his bravery and the excellent medical treatment that he continues to receive myself and others from Mazars Leeds are hoping to raise a sizeable sum for Cancer Research UK by taking part in the 2020 Great North Run. Any amounts, large or small, would be greatly appreciated in aid of this great cause! Thank you in advance, Josh

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
