My Story
Thank you for visiting my giving page. As I am leaving my role at the University of Birmingham in September, I wanted to take the opportunity to give to a charity that is close to my heart. Sadly I have known various people in my life so far who has battled a form of cancer. Whilst some have been fortunate enough to recover, there have also been those who fought bravely until the end. I'd be very grateful if you would consider donating in aid of Cancer Research (and with Gift Aid if you're a UK taxpayer) where the money will go where the greatest need is in the battle to destroy cancer once and for all. I picked this charity because I trust they will put any money raised to good use. There are many devastating forms of cancer out there and I wanted to support an organisation that is willing to tackle them all. Thank you again, Josh

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
