The bravery of my friends and family!
My Story
This picture says it all! This was 11 years ago now. I last did the Race For Life a year after we lost Mum and I've fought shy of doing it since as I've been afraid of the emotions i experienced. I realise now, strong and overwhelming emotions are nothing to what my friends and family have been through and are still going through! If my Mum could do it then, I can do it now! Cancer is still happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
