Grandad and grandpa
Hello! We are taking part in the Pretty Muddy run this year to raise money for cancer research. Cancer is a horrible disease and we lost our grandad and grandpa because of it. We know lots of people who have had it as well. We know cancer makes our mum and dad worry a lot about it because 1 in 2 people will get it. We want to raise lots of money so a cure can be found. CAUSE
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
