My Story

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m raising money right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose! I'm raising it in memory of my family and colleagues who lost their battle and for those who are still fighting it. I'm doing it also to challenge myself and beat my PB. There's no denying that running is taxing for someone who's not a regular runner but all that effort and pain are worthwhile if you're doing in for people who need your support. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
