My Story
There are always sad stories when it comes to cancer, but there are happy ones too. My grandfather passed away after an aggressive fight with prostate cancer over 10 years ago and I miss him dearly every single day. Last year, my dear work colleague was diagnosed with throats cancer and watching her go through it was heart breaking, but she was strong and kicked cancers butt! It isn't my hope that future generations will not fear cancer the way we do and that there will be advanced treatment and cures for all types of cancer.
