My Story
I am taking on the London Marathon on April 21st, raising funds for Cancer Research, my knees may not thank me for it, but it is a charity very close to my heart. In 2022 my dad passed away due to cancer, I have lost family members and close friends due to this horrible disease. My best friend Dave is currently fighting pancreatic cancer and also some very close friends fighting cancer, I think about you lots and on the day you will get me across the finishing line. 1 in 2 of us will get cancer, I want to raise as much as possible to help with vital research and treatments. This is going to be a huge challenge for me, but even if I have to crawl, I will make sure I cross that finish line! I need all the help and support I can get! I know it is a tough time for so many, but any donations will be greatly received! xx
