In May 2017 my brilliant father-in-law Vic passed away following a brave battle against cancer, he was an amazing guy who is sorely missed by all his family. I want to raise money for further research so we can help prevent the loss of another great person, and also because he would find it hilarious that I had taken up running.

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
