My Story
Hi friends! I’m taking part in CRUK’s challenge to do 100 squats a day, every day, through the month of November! Some of these will be done in the gym (with weights, happy leg day!), some at home - but all of the squats on all of the days WILL be recorded (because there’s nothing quite like a bit of accountability).
