Feeling fit and well with no symptoms I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Cancer in September last year. This meant that the cancer had spread from the primary site to my lymph nodes, the blighter had done more travelling than me. The emotional journey you go on after such devastating news is indescribable, but how the Medical Teams support you, answering all your questions with patience and understanding whilst sensitively managing your care is just first class. I can't put in to words how my wonderful family and my friends have played such a huge part in my positive approach and attitude to my cancer. You have been truly amazing, and I want to let you know the strong continual support and your encouragement have played a huge part in my life over the last 9 months.
My treatment and care journey continues and I can't imagine anyone else I would rather travel this road with.
