My Story
Thank you for visiting my Cancer Research UK Cycle 300 page. This September, before the end of the month, I will complete 300 miles on my bike for Cancer Research UK. Over the past number of years our family like so many others, have walked through the impact that this disease has on those who are diagnosed with it and on those who walk that journey with them. I will be pedalling harder than ever to raise money for life-saving research that will help develop treatments and potential cures for different types of cancers. Every penny makes a huge difference to vital cancer research. Can I ask you to stand with me in practical giving to see cancer resigned to the history books? Thank you so much for your support. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
