We are taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer sooner.
Please read to the end... I've taken part in RFL for many years now... 18 (?) years now, I think! Pippa has taken part in one way or another since before she was born. RFL is even more important to us than ever now. Mum has been suffering with Myeloma for around six years now. To be honest, it's downright dreadful. Cancer is dreadful. The pain and suffering is dreadful. I can't begin to explain how awful, terrifying and utterly heart breaking it is to see a loved one go through what she's been through - and it's not over. So, we're asking for your help... again! Lots of people have been very generous in previous years, rest assured that the donations you make have a massive impact on the work Cancer Research UK does and therefore on those affected by Cancer, and also really give Pippa and me encouragement on the day! Donating to our JustGiving page is easy - just follow the link to donate. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor us now. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK. Thank you so much for reading to the end, we really do appreciate your help. Jo and Pippa xxx
