My Story
Over the last year or so I've lost an aunty and two former colleagues to cancer. All too young to be taken from us. I know too many people who have lost family members and close loved ones to cancer. I wanted to try and raise some money to help fund research into this awful illness and so this September, I’m taking on Sweatember, an epic 30-day exercise challenge for Cancer Research UK. As most of you who know me already know i have a very active job and so all the exercise I'll be doing will be on top of my normal day to day work.
