I'm taking on Fitness February to raise money for Cancer Research UK, please support me.

In memory of

My mum..Joy

When you have been affected by a loved one who has suffered from this awful illness and an opportunity comes up to raise money it's obviously a no brainer.

I lost my mum to this awful disease. She was an amazing lady and the best mum, grandma, sister, aunty, best friend ....the list is endless because of how many lives she touched...💜💜💜

I have had family, friends, friends of friends and even myself who have had a scare, battled the disease or who are still battling and I'm sure you know someone too.

So because I love my exercise and I want to help make a difference I'm taking on Fitness February, an epic 28-day exercise challenge for Cancer Research UK. Help me raise money to fund life-saving cancer research by sponsoring me

.....let's smash this 👊👊👊
