My Story
Like many of you, I have been affected by cancer. I has a cancer diagnosis at the age of 27 - as one of my consultants once said, I was just a "baby". Thankfully, it was treated successfully and relatively easily, but the thought of it still lives with me. My aunts, my grandmother, my friend A, were not so luck. This disease will not go away, but I wish that as many people as possible may have a successful and less traumatic treatment and positive outcome. This month, I will skip for those that I have lost, for those that I know are going through scary times and hard treatments, I will skip for me and for the future of my children. Any little helps, so if you can, I would be grateful if you could donate to this cause.
